"Not the best rooms but great service. The beds had clean white linens, the refrigerator and freezer were a bit larger than most hotels. TV needs to be higher, perhaps more modern. Lamp choices could be better. It was so nice to have friendly staff throughout hotel.... Rarity now days!"

"At check-in apparent it's a very dated property..I asked how old , 25 yrs...nice staff ...when I walked into the room hit w strong musty moldy smell ....I thought I was at 2 star dump...furniture falling apart, floor coming up.wallpaper peeling, curtains yellowed, AC moldy, the bathroom old tile, squeaky mattress, LCD TV ..the ownership never did anything in 25 yrs...I paid $110..they have the nerve to charge $145/ nt at $39.95 would be too much....thank goodness was only here one night because I would want a refund ...and run ..don't waste your money .."

"I don't have problem with the cleanliness of the room , even the staff were really nice. My problem was the tv remote control TV was not working. The staff was patiently looking for replacement ,and it took over one hour. The problem was the new remote control power on andl off doesn't at all, you have to do it manually. The volume doesn't work , yes the channel changes. It caused me and my partner so much inconvenient, we end up not watching TV during the time that we want to relax,we were so disappointed and dismayed by it. I wish they offer us some kind of refund or discount or offer us a new room. The only consolation was nice person working at t he Cafe where we had our free breakfast,her name is Patricia. Both hotel desk employees were very nice. If not for them my stay will be a disaster."

"The rooms are outdated and place could use some maintenance. I will say the staff is great. Walks are thin so you can hear other rooms very clearly."

"We stay at Fairfield Inns often, but this one was quite a disappointment. The hotel lobby is clean and seems to be updated. The room we stayed in was extremely worn out, and it wasn't very clean. The bathroom upper walls were filthy with either a layer of dirt or quite possibly mold. The fixtures were stained and in need of an update. The "wood" flooring was gapped in many places and missing pieces in other. The furniture was scratched and worn, and the air conditioner was in need of a service. The breakfast served was good, with a variety of options. Upon checkout, I mentioned many of the glaring problems in the room to the front desk attendant and she did not appear to be concerned. She made no note of the items I brought to her attention."
