"My husband and I live locally and needed to leave our property for about 5days so we booked a room here. We weren't too familiar with the place so we booked the room for 2nights at first. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms since the outside reminded us of a motel 6. So we tried to extend our stay and was told we couldn't. The girl working at the desk informed us that we would need to make another reservation for the additional days, which would've been fine. But would have to check out and leave the room and come back at checkin time and give another deposit even tho we had already given them a deposit. All during a severe storm. We were so bothered by this we decided to go somewhere else. We will never return to this establishment after that. You might wanna change that policy it's quite inconvenient for the customer and honestly makes no sense. Also the rooms walls are pretty thin and we were woken up several times during the first night due to the people above us."

"Definitely concerned this place has bed bugs. Woke up with four itchy spots on my right arm in the middle of the night, found welts in the morning. Fortunately was only there one night. Noisy rooms, could hear everything next door, and the gym is dirty with barely any usable equipment. Front desk when I checked out in the morning did not seem concerned at all when I brought up the bed bugs to him. Near enough to main restaurants if you don't mind walking 20 minutes."

"We spent New Years Day in Temecula and needed a place to stay for the night before heading out of town. This hotel had great reviews and did not disappoint! It was clean, safe, close to old town, and even had a nice laundry room which was beneficial! The staff was helpful and the property offered a hot tub and pool (it was January so we used the hot tub). The hotel was conveniently located off of the highway but also within a mile of old town Temecula! The rate for a holiday was a great deal and we would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area needing a quick stay."

"I made a reservation on line for two rooms. The place was being advertised as a hotel. But it is defiantly a motel/may part hotel. The hotel is a little quaint place away from the main highway. When we fist drove up we where kind of skeptical about the place. It looked older in person then it did on line. The pictures are a little deceiving. Also the doors, to the rooms, where on the outside of the building. We went in to the office to check in. The lady at the front desk had no personality, she is all business all the time. Everything went fine at check in. When we got to the room. We went in an where surprise at how amazing the room was, it had been remodeled to shoe a more updated style and the room was clean. The bathrooms where clean and they even supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. do that anymore. This place may look like a motel , but it felt like a hotel. The beds are comfortable, they have coffee & tea in the rooms, and a refrigerator you can actual use. There is a pool ,with is handicap accessible, a jacuzzi, and patio tables to sit and eat. The do give a free breakfast, which is not much, but it was enough to get me through the morning. The have cold cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, and nothing hot like bacon or eggs. There a few places close by. But you can also have food delivered to you room. The place was also quiet, not noisy for an outside entrance into you room."
