Holiday Inn Express Temecula, an IHG Hotel

"The rooms are clean and the front desk was efficient for check in and checkout. Easy to connect to WiFi....and free breakfast. You really can't ask for more.you really get a lot of bang for the buck here....I've really almost always had good luck the Holiday inn Express."

"We didn't do any room touch ups, etc but when we asked front desk for anything, we got it just fine. Rooms worked just fine for what we needed. Door locks sometimes has issues. Scan card, turns green but doesn't unlock. Breakfast buffet is simple but well stocked and kept clean. Eating area a little small, but you can take it to you room. Parking was no issue."

"IHG did not publish my review for whatever reason on their website, not liking an honest review as valuable feedback I guess? What is the point of a review, if hiding the truth about this property and making it look like its rating is Excellent as it states on the IHG website? We had to switch 5 rooms due to roaches below the refrigerator in the original room, then dead ants and insects in the second room we were given in the refrigerator, then somebody's old drinks forgotten in the 3rd room we had to change and finally an acceptable room we got but was on the noisy freeway side and we had to switch that one for a 5th and final room during our stay. Carpets were dirty in every room too, dryer not working in one of them, pool umbrella broken for days ....this property is simply not maintained well up to the IHG standards. Not a Holiday inn Express standard at all. The only good thing was the front desk girl tried to accommodate us, and the breakfast was OK and the pool was well heated. Still, the cleanliness is a major issue at this hotel."

"It's an okay place to stay, but out of the four nights we stayed, housekeeping forgot to straighten / clean our room every day except for one. The breakfast choices are pretty good, but the breakfast area was so busy that one morning we couldn't a table. The sleeping room was clean enough, but had carpet while we prefer a hard floor for cleanliness. People in some of the neighboring rooms were were unusually loud. We would stay there again, but it's not a top choice."

"Wonderful service at front desk during check in. Spacious and extremely clean rooms. Very, very comfortable bed with pillows that feel like a cloud! Roomy bathroom with plenty of dispenser soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and fluffy towels. Perfect temperature control and lots of outlets all around. (Always love outlets at the night stands.) Room came with mini refrigerator and microwave. Nice view and many places to eat nearby. Very close to all the wonderful Temecula wineries!"
