"I have so many mixed feelings about living here, for several reasons. The residents don’t pick up after their dogs well, and spit their gum out on the sidewalks, and whatever they spill they leave behind for someone else to step on or deal with. Including their junk when they move in/out. However, Meagan Martin (assistant manager) has been so helpful and awesome. If feel like she does the work for everyone in the office. Anytime I’ve had a problem, she is more than happy and quick to help. She deals with so much here, and she is so responsible and professional about it. She organizes fun events for the residents and food trucks to come post up. I really do love her! I do wish there was surveillance security cams! Maybe one day the owners of this property would be willing to set them up."
"Been Living here about 4 Years and never had a complaint. When A issues comes up in the apartment, I put in my maintenance order and the maintenance people, come to fix it, in a fast schedule manner. Also the people from the office, Like Meagan are awesome because they help you in anyway they can. Visitor pass, Checking up on your Living satisfactory and making special events for all residents to gather all together and get to know each other. Thank you El Paseo for making the best home I ever been in."
"I have never had a better renters experience than when I made the decision to move to El Paseo. Meagan was beyond helpful, supportive, and responsive with any questions I had while choosing my unit. Not only did she make everything easy and smooth she stopped by the place a couple days after moving in to see how we have settled in. Meagan is also very encouraging to get the community to attend monthly events and get to know each other. The maintenance team has also been helpful with any issues we’ve had. I truly love loving here and plan to stay here for years to come. Thank you Meagan, we love you!!"
