"Living here over a year and I really come to a great liking to these apartments. The neighborhood is respectful and everyone I've met here are nice people over all. The apartments are gated and secure which is important. Management helps out as best as they can. I will add that these apartments may need a bigger laundromat but most of the time I can do my wash comfortably. I really love the foliage around the apartments, it keeps the environment fresh."

"I lived here for two years. I never had any issues. The Manager , Eunice , was ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. From my own experience, if you abide by the rules and mind your business, she is VERY nice and professional! I always paid my rent on time, I was low-key and quiet, went to work, came home, sat out by the pool, did my laundry, was friendly with my neighbors, she never had any issues with me and I never had any with her. My mom moved in with me a year after I had been here, and she too thought Eunice was very nice and accommodating. The property is beautiful with all the greenery and flowers, the pool was kept immaculate! The laundry room clean, the maintenance man, Gunsalo, was so friendly and efficient! The only issue on property is parking, but everyone who lives there makes it work. The property is in a great location, close to lots of prime shopping and the freeway and toll roads. I will miss living here and would recommend this place to others!"

"When the owner Bart and manager Genie was on property, the complex was kept in order and it was apparent there were people who cared about the place as if it were theirs for life. The changes after simply made things go downward. Andrea is one of those wives who doesn't do any work but want to exert her powers over people -- typical of Desperate Housewife, and her husband simply lets her. So she plays Eunice like a puppet and makes her the most unprofessional, biased, racist (but pro mexicans!), idiotic manager ever. She threatens people for voicing up. She ignores people if she doesn't like them. She treats people unfairly based on who talks up to her and kiss her behind the most. Those of us who work alot of hours and don't have the time to bow down to her whims (yet always pay rent early), are the ones who are least valued. Within two years of Eunice being the manager, the place looks like section 8 housing."
