"I lived at this property from 2009-2013 and again from 2018-2022. There is a reason I wanted to live here again once I moved back to California. The property itself is always well kept and maintained. The grass is always cut perfectly and if there is ever any issues, folks almost always have it cleaned up immediately. The pools are amazing, the area is quite and very safe, and there is TONS of parking for guests. They have implemented many systems to make sure residence and guests can find parking and out of all the places I've lived, Sierra Vista has the most parking. The apartments themselves are very new and modern. You 100% get what you pay for, including a stellar maintenance team. Maintenance is on top of their game and almost always has things fixed within 24 hours. The views are also amazing! Overall, I've loved my time living in this complex. I was very lucky to live here and have a space that was safe, quiet, and most importantly, my own. I'll miss living here, but very excited for future residence!"
