"No heater in the room, which last I looked at housing laws, the owner of any dwelling in California must provide heat to tenants, whether it be hotel, motel, house or apartments, heat must be provided. With the rain and how cold it's been lately, heat would have been nice. And to add, they have only one sheet and one "thin", cigarette holed out comforter. For $90 a night, my sore muscles from shivering all night wasn't even worth it."

"Hotel owner takes advantage on poor girls that have drug problems offer a female friend a free room for who knows what services i wonder what else goes on at this hotel guy was shady when i asked for room number didn't wanna let me in until i should proof she was a friend like he wanted to keep her alone way from people"

"Nice spacious rooms. Quiet place for the most part, never really had much issue with noise/neighbors. I'd say pretty fair prices for the rooms. It's located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend if you need a spot to spend the night or if your in town for a bit."

"It is nicer in the rooms than it looks like from the outside. It was relatively quiet but the selling point is the location since it's right off of El Camino Real what a nice stroll thru Old Tustin. (I believe it's Old Tustin) I walked around the area the shops are beautiful and well it was just peaceful."
