"Well I came with the intention to move in. I came in and asked if i could just come see the apartment. The Vietnamese lady in the renter’s office just started asking for my credit score and job. When I said I was scheduled to start working soon and had a good credit score, she said no, I must have a job to rent. The whole exchange didn’t even last 5 minutes, and I never got the chance to see the apartment. Keep in mind, I just came to see the place. So unless you have a good credit score and is currently employed, you won’t be able to even view the place. One star because the location isn’t bad at all. Really nice neighborhood. edit: I forgot to mention I was told no cosigners when I asked."
