"I feel very comfortable to living woodbridge willows because the team is very attentive to meet the needs of our living and they have very excellent maintenance staff there are center commercial schools near the neighborhood."

"Moved out because rats, bees, spiders everywhere. Also, management was doing construction work on the buildings while tenants living there. Construction workers broke windows, stairs etc. created unsafe conditions for residents. This property is old. Woodbridge Management renovates buildings outside only, but inside is everything old. Bathrooms are molded and never fixed appropriately. Washers and dryers in laundry room are always broken and management never gives you refund for your paid money. Save your money and rent in a better place."

"We lived here a while and had very kind neighbors and loved our location. The staff is very professional and takes care of things quickly. We mostly dealt with a manager named Ted and he was awesome. Taylor the Assistant Manager was kind, understanding and sympathetic with my family. Maintenance is very fast and takes care of issues quickly. The maintenance manager Claudio is professional, friendly, and a hard worker. Pedro and Orlando are examples of true professionalism, and I always had trust in all 3 when they serviced my unit while my family and I were gone. I have never lived in a complex where maintenance is on top of the cleanliness like here. These 3 gentlemen set the bar very high for any other company hands down. Thank you"
