"I've been here for 8-9 years. I requested several things maintenances and Abraham fixed everything perfectly and rapidly. I think he is one of the most well-trained engineer. I'm so thankful to all the staffs in cypress village. God bless you."
"We moved in here recently, so far good. Nice place to live in and best part is everything is very close by be it schools, shopping centre or access to freeway"
"I've resisted the urge to post a review until I've completed a full year living at Murano. Pros: they do service and maintenance work very fast. Their sales people are amazing. The property always looks clean and taken care of. Quiet, and they do their best to keep up to date with everything. There is a garage and okay kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, washer and dryer. Cons: The people working at the front desk are complete jerks. Once you've signed the leasing contract, that's it - you no longer work with the nice sales people. Instead, you get the guy who tells you it's not their responsibility to notify you if they have a package for you that THEY signed off on, and you've been looking for your iPhone X for the past week. Another con is that they are almost ALWAYS fixing something. First week, they are repainting the balconies. Then, they are making sure that all the fire stuff works. Then, they are making sure the AC filters are cleaned out, etc. While I appreciate that they like to do maintenance and preventative care, it gets too much. Someone is in my place every other week. It makes me uncomfortable. And the time frame is "someone will be in your home the week of X from 9-5" which isn't helpful at all. The biggest con is the outrageous amount of ANTS and cockroaches. Sure, they can get you an exterminator, but you need to remove EVERYTHING in your place, which isn't always ideal. The ants are the worst in the summer because they get thirsty and look for water. The roaches aren't as big of a problem because they are always outside and never in the apartment. However, I lived on the 3rd floor, so if you are going to live on the first floor, be careful. The last con I would mention is that there isn't much closet space. The linen "closet" is within the closet of our 1 bedroom. Kitchen isn't that big either, so we have to keep going up and down from our garage to our apartment. Photos are PLAN 3"
"They have started to have landscaping work as early as 7:00AM almost every other day since last month. Just as you think things can't get more ridiculous, an extremely disruptive road construction woke me up this morning around 7:15AM."
