"Dear whom may be concerned, Santa Clara Apartment has a very good team member of service ! Actually, under the lead of Mr Michael (whom is very wonderful) we have had many chances to see the members of the Team ! Mr Chuy, Mr Edvardo, Mrs Reyna, Mr Giovani ! they are always friendly with the residents any where, any time, and they are deducated members ! My children learn by heart their names ! At the office, I was very happy working with many secretaries that last time being with Ms Krystal (on the phone) and Ms Jennica (in person); they are so generous and so patient , making a good impression on us ! Honestly, I am not good at English but they helped me understand everything and my requests became easily ! Thank you to Company possess such a good staffes for residents ! they make us happy to keep living here ! I have been living here for 4 years so I think my survey is quite right ! "This has been long overdue. My husband and I lived here during the pandemic. Their pool was one thing that made me want to stay here but since we moved right when the pandemic hit we weren’t able to enjoy the pool for a long time. Did we get a discount? No! We still paid the ridiculous amount for amenities we could not enjoy. The reason for the 1 star is we found 8 mice in our apartment. I have a phobia for them so we had to leave and stay at a hotel. The lady didn’t care that I had a phobia said we could stay there. So no reimbursement. Their “help” was to put traps, which were pathetic. My husband had to buy traps and caught 8!!!! I’m glad I had a caring husband who went back and forth to undue the traps and dispose of said mice and made sure they were no more, based on no longer catching more. If you want a place to only care about your money, be their guest! Otherwise look elsewhere."

"I'm going to move to this community soon, and Agnes Maria, the leasing consultant and Irvine Company was such a great assistance for me and my family throughout the whole process. She was so informative, helpful and so compassionate about helping us out and although we had a relatively bumpy process, she helped us out with everything without making me worry at all and I really appreciated her and the work that she and her team does everyday. They're so supportive, nice and delightful to speak to as well."

"We moved here last Aug 2022, and we love this community. This is not a big community but has a great size main pool, attentive and professional maintenance team led by Director Michael, and convenient access to groceries, highways, and parks. Highly recommend unless you are looking for 3 beds."
