"Ok. So I just called to get some information on a new development, and the person that answered the phone was not as interested in serving. Instead, she kept telling me that she had other calls and was flustered by my minor questions. Seriously, she even asked me why I would be asking her and demanded to know. Big concern for management. Finally, she basically told me not to even come to the office as if I wanted to just speak with her some more. Is this is a Real Estate Apt Mgmt company? and If I were the owner or manager , I would be very worried. I got the information from the City of Irvine and I was expecting a little more attention. Thanks. I usually do not complain, but being in Real Estate myself and just wanting some information, this kind of representation concerns me."
