"Walnut East has the worst management especially Lani. They don’t do anything for you especially with parking. Roaches everywhere because of all the nasty people living there. Trash area is disgusting and they don’t seem to care as long as they fill up these apartments. People come and go constantly."

"Roaches and Flies! The apartment is constantly filled with bugs and foul smell from the unmanaged garbage. The apartment also has shady dealing with "To and Mo" and my car was towed for $952 for parking in the same spot for 3 days. They will not refund any deposit with no reason given. If you attempt to end the lease early or put anything on the balcony they will threaten you with legal action. You will also be hit with tons of hidden fees like water and sewage that most other places do not charge for. It's like leasing an apartment from a lawyer in the dump. Avoid this apartment like the plague. Only silver lining is the manager Lana is pretty nice, hence the 1 extra star."

"I lived here for a year and do NOT recommend this apartment complex because there are very noisy neighbors. Me and my husband noticed drug dealers live here and people smoke a LOT very carelessly around the complex. The apartment has a old rug that has been there for years and years and the manager said it was new but it obviously isn't because it smells bad and it looks worn out. The maintenance there is super cheap. They NEVER did repairs or any upgrades after raising rent. The mangwr is very Unprofessional and the washer and dryer steal your money. CHECK YOU ACCOUNT BALANCE AFTER DOING YOUR LAUNDRY THERE"

"** BE CAREFUL & Not recommended at all " i was leaving over there for 2 years and this my experience" 1-"The senior discount" Some of my friend was asking me to ask for him if there's any availability over there & how much the Rent, i called Pirusha the office manager and she said yes we have availability with this price $$$, i told my friend the price and he told me this very expensive, the manager called me next day to follow up, i told her, he didn't like the prince, and she told me " we can give him a senior discount, i told her. but he doesn't have any senior !!!, she told me no problem at all i can apply it for him, the problem is, my mom "65/Y" was living with me and no one said anything about this discount, even when i renewed the contract, this discount 2-we paid the deposit at the beginning of the lease. almost $700, and when we decided to leave. we spend almost 2 days cleaning everything as the pictures shows, and they told us, we're gonna deduction $500 from the deposit, carpet cleaning & painting !!! 3-the parking is a major problem, you have to come early to find a spot 4-Occasionally the gate not working 5-the washer & Dryer rechargeable card Occasionally not working, and you have to take all of your clothing outside 6- the good point is. they care of the landscaping as well and the maintenance thank you and hopefully this review can help other"
