"I’ve been living here for over 9 years and have experience many different communities. This community is by far in the best area possible, I feel safe any time of the day or night. You can literally go on a walk at 4am and feel completely safe. Every aspect of this community is amazing. The management at this community is 10/10. They care about everyone that lives here and do not discriminate. They are so responsive and professional. The maintenance team is the quickest, friendliest and most skilled I’ve ever experienced. The apartment rarely has any issues and any concerns we’ve ever had has been addressed with zero hidden fees or complaints. We hope that the maintenance team never changes. We genuinely love these peoples. It has been an absolute pleasure raising my family in this community and it has always felt like a home. "Leo is THE BEST! Turtle Rock Canyon is a hidden gem on top of the hill in Turtle Rock. The community is so quiet and while close to shopping centers, feels removed from all the busy-ness around. The best part about TRC is maintenance, especially Leo. Leo is professional, understanding, and kind. He does an amazing job on any work order I submit and is always a smiling face while he is driving through the community. "I’ve lived at this complex since 2015! It’s been a very good experience! Leo and the team that maintain the property are amazing! Friendly, safe, caring and quickly responsive to any needs. So important in a community! The complex is clean, safe, and a beautiful place to live with mature trees, responsible pet owners and friendly neighbors. And the individual homes are situated well. It can be noisy with families with children, especially around the pool - to be expected in summer! And with all the improvements and maintenance to the grounds. But the improvements seem to have slowed, they may be all done! :) So the noise level has improved a ton! I be lived it here and recently helped additional family members move in as well."
