"I very much enjoy living here, and overall believe it is a good value in a great location with good amenities, and wonderful, friendly on site staff, but the security is beyond horrendous. Cars are regularly broken into. Apartments have been broken into. The doors to the buildings are never closed and locked allowing access to anyone who wants. There is not a single security camera on site, and the management is not even remotely interested in addressing these issues. Just understand that if you choose to live here it is almost a certainty you will be a victim of a crime and nothing will be done about it. To be clear this is an issue with corporate management, not the on-site staff."

"I have no doubt that living at this apartment was a resounding disappointment. The staff however should be praised for the work they do. I enjoyed using the amenities, and they were kept tidy by the staff daily. Logistics and rental agreements were handled with the community administrator, who surprised me with her impersonal approach. The buildings where I lived seemed to not justify its price point and the materials used for the flooring, walls, and even the bathtubs were lack luster."
