"I have lived here almost 4 years. Very few problems. New management is friendly & attentive to problems when they arise. Cat/dog friendly while some breeds of dogs not allowed. Gated community and gated parking. Pools, laundry rooms, close to Virginia Park, Rite Aid, Whole Foods, 10 freeway and a few restaurants & fast food. This is a quiet part of town. I, for one, am happy here. Josh, Matthew, Crystal & Steven (maintenance) are on top of everything."

"I moved in a month and a half ago and I love it here! Crystal and Matthew made my move-in process very easy, and the office is always very communicative about construction or maintenance. I had an issue the other day with my fob not working on the front gate and the office made it an extremely easy fix! The grounds are always very well kept, and the gym and pool are always very clean. The appliances inside the apartments are all new and I have no complaints about noise. There's also a monthly newsletter with community facts and recreation suggestions--which I find very endearing."

"I am excited about the renovations and property improvements under new owners and management like outdoor seats and tables. New management started a newsletter to communicate with residents, which is good. Having a gated parking lot is a huge asset as parking can be scarce in the area."

The SMP team is so attentive and is readily available whenever you need them - Maintenance help is always quick and easy too (which is a relief). The amenities and appliances are updated and contemporary and the surrounding community, safe and friendly, is a great plus as well. Definitely recommend! - Lizzy"

"I’ve lived here for 6 months and have loved living here! The common spaces are always clean, the apartments were renovated with quality materials/appliances. No issues with bugs or noise. I had a water pressure issue and it was fixed the same day. The management office is really responsive."
