"Wow. I never thought I’d be leaving a review for an apartment complex (especially a 1 star review). I honestly think this might be the only way to get management’s attention. I have had in-person meetings with management and lots of emails, but I genuinely believe they don’t really care about providing the basics to their tenants. I have lived in lots of apartments over the years and this takes the cake for the worst. The buildings literally reek, there is garbage left in the hallways on a routine basis, swarms of flies and dog poop everywhere you walk, and constant drama between the neighbors. It’s not uncommon for 80% of the washers to be broken. Management is so hands off, they’d rather politely respond to an email and promise to do better, instead of actually showing their face around here and be invested in this place. It has gotten noticeably dirtier, grosser and more dangerous in the 16 months I’ve lived here. I wouldn’t be so upset if I wasn’t paying $2200 to live in a slum. I am counting the days until my lease ends. Thanks for nothing."
