"The leasing agent was incredibly rude. Regardless, I scheduled a showing, drove an hour to view the town home, and no one was even there. Whatever you do don't give these people your time or money. By far the worst rental experience I've ever had."

"I’ve only been living here for 6 months and wish I could move out of this place. Annette is far from professional but based on some reviews, she plays favoritism. My work orders haven’t been addressed promptly and I’ve received harassing emails when she attempt to communicate. Everything is outdated and covered up by the renters special paint job. Her open door policy she claims to have at move is a lie - I received an email stating “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY” further into my stay. It states it’s a dog friendly complex, however “doggy bags (placed within the complex) are for emergencies only” and dogs aren’t allowed in the courtyard to mingle. I regret moving here everyday."

"I lived here for 3 years and just recently moved to buy a home. I had a very positive experience renting here. The manager, Annette, is the utmost professional while being caring and getting to know each tenant. The complex is always clean and well maintained. Any service requests are addressed quickly. Any time I reached out to Annette with questions or concerns, she responded promptly and resolved any issues to my satisfaction. I always felt safe at this complex and recommend it highly!"

"I’ve lived here at Oceanview for almost two months now and I’ve loved every minute of it! Such a great and positive atmosphere and the grounds are kept very clean. It is extremely quiet for a pet friendly complex and the other tenants are nice and respectful! Annette was very easy to work with while applying and is quick to settle any maintenance problems or other issues. I would definitely recommend this wonderful little community! UPDATE: I’ve been here just about a year now and I love it even more than before! Fantastic, quiet neighborhood and such a lovely complex. I have nothing but good things to say!"

"I have lived here for a couple years and it is an amazing little community to live in! It's safe, secure and so quiet! You won't find the police here banging on doors or neighbors yelling & fighting. It's very peaceful. They allow pets so that's a plus. Annette, the Manager is so sweet and very much on top of things. If I need anything repaired, she's on it. I adore her.The grounds are kept so clean and nice. The best apartment community I've ever lived in. I love it here!"
