"They never provided any maintenance to the property, only raised the rent. With less than 30 days notice they evicted us because: "the property owner decided they wanted to take possession of the property". Not only they did not offer any act of restoration, they permanently harassed us during those 30 days "to ensure the owner will have the property clear". Basically you are not a person to them, only a number in a balance sheet they can erased with a click. Stay away from them."

"Cochrane is very accommodating property management company. They took care of our every need and were very kind, helpful, and respectful. Our move in and move out process was extremely easy. Keep the place clean and in the same state it was when you move in, and you’ll get your entire deposit returned to you. The only thing I knocked one star off for was whenever we called their office, nobody would answer. However, they are all very responsive via email so that’s the best route to contact them. Overall, a great experience!"

I live in a place that is over 100 years old and I surprising haven't had many issues with the property; every time I've needed maintenance done, Blanca gets back to me right away and always after the maintenance is completed, someone contacts me to make sure everything is fixed and I am happy. The main reason that I have not had a lot of maintenance issues with the place I am currently in, is because Cochrane uses amazing contractors.
