"This is a very nice hotel in a very safe part of town, and it’s very close to the downtown area. My only complaint is that some of our bath towels had stains on them and our a/c didn’t work too well. The room was very clean and comfortable otherwise!"
"This is a great place to stay. Met all our needs. The Live Oak restaurant is delightful and this is a lovely neighborhood. $5 Lyft to the wharf. If we return to Santa Barbara again, we will stay again."
"Nice room in a great location except: they put us in this old building across the parking lot. The bathroom was freezing cold and impossible to warm up. After a shower the condensation made the tile floor wet and slippery and there was heavy moisture everywhere. We had to park in this tiny underground space that was really difficult to get the car in or out of. When I contacted management they said they were aware of the problems. The place wasn't full so why would they put a guest there?"
"Our favorite hotel in Santa Barbara. It's located in a cute neighborhood far from the crowds so it's quiet and not too far from the highway. Easy 30 minutes walk to downtown Santa Barbara. The rooms are spacious and we'll keept. The hotel has a jacuzzi, pool, gym and a restaurant."
"Perfect hotel experience. From beginning to departure the hotel staff and room were exactly what we wanted to have. Very clean and comfortable. Zero complaints.. just praise for the entire facility from inside to outside; very well maintained. The location is within a mile of downtown so easy to visit."
