"This apartment is a scam! The communication from the leasing office is non existent. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. My lease was not provided until the day before my move in, even though I had been contacting them tirelessly to get an estimate of how much my move in costs would be. I had to call countless times and show up unannounced in order to simply get a tour of the apartment even though I was “scheduled” for one. They confused me with another tenant during the leasing process.The website and the leasing team did not disclose the deposit, which for the record is 1 months rent. I was supposed to be moving tomorrow and now looking for another place for my daughter and I to stay. This has been the worst and most frustrating experience I have had while moving to an apartment. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT!"
