"ZERO THIS PLACE DESERVES A ZERO. Staying at the comfort in was the worst experience I could have ever imagined. I booked at the Comfort Inn for my WEDDING DAY! Primarily because it was the only hotel to offer a room block for my guests. I booked knowing that it was an Inn and I did not have the highest expectations but this was below what should be considered standard. This hotel should be reevaluated for safety and health standards. First, when checking in at 5 PM I was informed one of my rooms was not ready. How could you not have a room ready by the evening and 2 hours past check-in time? Not only that but the room that was ready smelled like cigarettes (the hotel is non smoking) and the couch in the king suite was wet.(Who knows what happened in there) I immediately requested a different room. The guests who booked rooms with me also had problems with their rooms. The first two rooms did not have a functioning heater, another room also smelled like smoke and lastly, I had a guest cancel their reservation due to insects being inside the hotel room. This was so disappointing. On top of all of this my guests and I had to deal with our room key malfunctioning 5 different times. CAUSING ME TO BE LATE TO MY WEDDING!! A day I am going to remember for the rest of my life is tainted with the disgust of staying at this hotel. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in my entire life. If you are thinking about staying here DONT!! The rooms are dirty and barely cleaned, the heating/ACs do not work in certain rooms and the Staff is not helpful and knows that the hotel is not up to standards. When leaving the hotel I requested to be contacted because I would have liked a refund for me and my guests. I have yet to be contacted by the hotel manager Kazi Ran, who assured me they would reach out. The front desk manager Ron, spent all weekend trying to help me but ultimately failed. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE. At this time I have reached out directly to the hotel team but I am waiting to hear back."

"For the price it was a okay stay. Room was small but good for our one night stay. Kinda odd the "kitchenette" was in the bathroom. Room was cleanish floors need a deep clean though and we did see and kill a roach. Location was good right off the freeway and lots of shops available. On that note because close to the freeway if your a light sleeper the noise from the freeway may bother you."

"Great location and close proximity to shopping center. It looks updated on the exterior, but this motel is downright FILTHY! Our initial room had no TV and stains on the bed sheets. Cockroaches on the floor and furniture was full of stains. There was a musty smell that lingered and no towels in the bathroom. The gentlemen at the front desk were kind enough to accommodate us with another room but it was in the same condition, except this time with a T.V. Checked out within 2 hours and they still charged me. If you’re looking for a safe and clean place to stay in this area, (although a bit pricey) I HIGHLY suggest the Hampton Inn & Suites in Pittsburg, about two miles West on Highway 24. Our family had a wonderful stay there. This Comfort Inn has potential if remodeled, it could become a prime location for lodging."

"Horrible!! I'd give -5 stars if I could. I was in a fire and was told this place gave a discount. They charged me more than the online rate I reserved. No red cross discount. I go to my room and turn the heat on and roaches came out. I go look in the shower and the floor was filthy I didn't take a shower. The morning I checked out my brother brings my dog so when I go checked out and tell the staff about the filthy condition of the room they charged me at $150 dog fee and as I mentioned the room the staffer said is that all you are checked out!!! I'm completely disappointed, discussed, and appalled of the atrocious experience I received at this location."
