"I currently live here and my calls for repairs are ignored. Everything they promised is not available. I haven't been able to use my main bedroom shower since I moved in in Nov. Paying almost 3,000$ for a 2 bedroom and it feels like a 1 bedroom. We get charged for the recycling bins if there's trash but there are refrigerators etc.. from units that are being remodeled. My unit was supposed to be “remodeled”but my doors are falling off. I hope this changes."

"The complex is a bit run down. Green areas need work. There are too many spider webs around the buildings. Not fully gated. Saw a car driving on the green area, avoiding the gate at one end of the complex."

"I have lived here for over 10 years. I have seen the good, the bad and the very ugly. Very recently we have had some significant work in our apartment. I have had all of this work and communication through the assistant manager, Shay. She is fantastic! I have never has anyone answer the phone as often as she does, so professional. SHE FOLLOWS UP! She does not drop the ball and coming from customer service I appreciate this tremendously."

"Lived here for two years worst experience of my life. Management is the worst never answer their phone always close the office early. Dumpster is overflowing rodents are inhabited this complex. My garbage bill is close to 100 a month. Never had a working AC as long as I’ve lived here. Renting here would be a big regret. Greystar do better… I know at least two people filing lawsuits against this company.. The security gate is never closed so people can come in here and dump their trash and the residents get charged for it… I’m so relieved I’m leaving this place. I hope this helped someone who was looking to rent here.."

"I lived here for 18 months, 9/16 through 3/18. Started out great, nice apartment, old, but nice and open. Nice neighbors and staff. The manager arranged periodic community get togethers in the common area. At staff change that stopped and repeated calls for repairs were ignored. I would like to believe this was just an adjustment period. I don't mind waiting for something, but i DO mind being ignored. I would be willing to bet that they have found their stride and are running smoothly now. I moved because of work, nothing else."
