"Everything was great until Amber showed up!! I loved my apartment. My family was happy. She is racist and worked hard to get all the black families out and basically make it a whites only building. When she couldn’t evict you for non payment of rent she did underhanded tricks to say you violated your lease so you would have to move. I called to report her and the management agreed with her. She put my family out because she said my kids played in the laundry room but the boy who was with them that actually put a hole in the wall she did nothing to his family and they still reside there. My son left his basketball and the gate rolled back and caught it (instead of the gate having an emergency stop like it was supposed to) she said I violated my lease for that. She literally hated my kids and picked with them daily! Keep in mind she enjoyed eating my gumbo looking like miss piggy. She didn’t have a problem then!! Amber is a dirty underhanded snake and I hope she will get all she has coming to her. p.s any review you see that says Amber is great is a friend of hers that she had do a review and about sending feedback..,this is all fake for the internet. Property management was well aware of what went on! But now reach out for assistance? Please! That woman Amber caused my family so much grief it is unbelievable that she is still there! I pray someone else buys that building so I can come back."

"Love the property and the improvements made. Prior to the new ownership the property was in a bad state. The new owners came in and made lots of positive changes. I love the grill area! Management has been quick to jump on any issues that I have had. Great place to call home!"

"I seriously can't believe what I am reading below! This place is amazing and I mean absolutely amazing. Let me start by saying the NEW ownership and NEW management they brought in totally are the BEST! My apartment was painted in the most beautiful 2 tone colors and everything always worked great, and when ever I called the manager was always and I mean ALWAYS WAS TREATED FANTASTIC and with the highest amount of respect and courtesy, even when I didn't deserve it. The Property Manager Robert Lee is a highly educated property manager who really cleaned the place up, and now the place is just like what he wears everyday... A beautiful expensive suit. The place is well kept, my gates always work perfect, the pool is always clean, well maintained, and near most everything I love and is in walking distance. My neighbors are all super quiet and great people. I did hear from of the long timers before this new owner and this new property manager came the place a year ago was different, but now you could call it the RIVIERA of Apartments or just simply the Best apartments for the price. I love my home and I love coming home. Thank you Crestview Pines and Management."
