"They charged me more at move-out. I stayed in a 547 sqft unit for over 2 years. For a small stain on the kitchen countertop they charged me for the replacement/reglazing of the entire countertop. $$$ Be ready to pay higher move out costs"

"Never live in this stupid place with stupid management and stupid employees; no one gives you the right information. Your car will be towed from your parking, your package will be stolen, there will be no mail return box, and the apartments are too old and have old appliances; you hear when people talk, and if you live on the 2nd floor, the apartment shakes, and if you live first floor you will be disturbed from upstairs. If you get to the senior Manager, Mr. John, he will fight with you like you are unprofessional."

"They towed my own car right in front of my own apartment at 4am. It cost my almost 30min drive and $380 to bring my small two-doors car back. Unbelievable. The Cal train is also super noisy and it will also cause your floor to vibrate like an small earthquake several times a day. Sometimes, the delivery guy won’t bring the package to you (2nd floor), so you have to carry it to upstairs."

"Ok place to stay. But amenities are poor. Gym and clubhouse is very small. Two children parks were there but now only 1 left. Earlier the alliance managed it but now it's FPI. Lot of renovation being done - swimming pool tiles, water fountain, lots of plants, which is a good thing. I love that there are lots of trees, ample parking area, and a good place to stroll or jog. The Indian community is huge and lots of children of different ages play. It's fun to watch them. But yes recently safety has been a major concern. There was theft in one the apartments last month and since then we are more alert about our surrounding.i just hope the situation gets better."
