"I've been living at Avalon Silicon Valley for a year now, and I'm renewing my lease soon. The public areas are well-maintained and nice to hang out in. Maintenance requests get fixed quickly, which is great. I looked around at other places before deciding to stay here, but nothing else came close to what Avalon offers. It's a comfortable and convenient place to live in Silicon Valley. **Ill be updating my review throughout my lease**"

"I've been a resident at this apartment for nearly three years, and I must say, the service here is exceptional! Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, often within the next day of submission. The location is fantastic, just off Highway 101, yet surprisingly quiet. It's only a 7 to 10-minute drive to popular spots like AMC, Tangsui, and Whole Foods. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience living here."

"Leasing office has great customer service. We ended up having to cut our lease short and move out early since we had to move to New York, and they were very responsive to all of our questions. Upon final inspection after move out, they sent us a bill with some charges we weren't expecting (like a carpet cleaning fee and rent concession partial payback) but upon further discussion with them, they went ahead and removed it."

"Renter beware: We just moved in 2 months ago and now they are doing new construction right next to our apartment. The first time we are hearing about this is right now, when the construction is about to begin. On complaining to the community staff that this should have been informed to us when we were touring the apartments, there were NO APOLOGIES, and they acted as if they failed to understand what my concern was. The maintenance experience here has been supbar, and I have been finding lots of minor issues in the apartment over time has I continue to live here. Totally subpar experience for the price you pay, dont be fooled by the average rating, the current experience is bad."
