"I moved in earlier this month and mostly everything has surpassed my expectations. Orlando was the first person I met on day one and he's done his best to bring about the best experience of moving and settling for me as a new resident so far. He is professional and the same time very much understanding. I met a stellar technician, Zeke. He is professional, fast, proficient, precise, and nice of course. I requested service on a few items in the new apartment and he did an outstanding job. I'm an engineer myself and care so much about the quality of service I receive. I liked the attention of details that Zeke had put in. ** There's one issue that I need to be addressed as soon as possible. The gate key box has been out of service for a while and I cannot open the gate remotely for anyone and I have to walk to the gate every time I have a guest or delivery. I understand this is an issue for the new residents only and I hope the management will address the issue ASAP. If prolonged, it will be very inconvenient."

"We have enjoyed living at the Avalon Campbell. The proximity to Los Gatos Creek Trail and Downtown Campbell is awesome. We have a tenant app which makes it easy to reach out to office admin or maintenance staff with any issues. Special shout out to Bruce Wynn for keeping the grounds and trash areas tidy and clean. Bruce is very kind and always great us with a warm smile. Another shout out to Max Sanchez for addressing our work orders quickly. Max and his team always address work orders within 1-3 days."

"So glad that we chose to live here. Avalon is a really great place to live, we haven't been here that long but I wanted to write a review already. Moving is always stressful for us as it's always around the holidays but now we've been able to find somewhere we can actually call home. I want to thank Orlando for helping us get the unit and making our move in and application process extremely easy and smooth with zero stress. The team at Avalon are extremely welcoming and friendly, always ready to stop and say hello and help out with anything that you may need. The maintenance guys here are awesome and are in top of it, and are always very friendly shout out to Bruce and Ezekiel for being on it and awesome and making our move and making us feel even more welcome here. The property itself is large with multiple units around the place - right next to Los Gatos Creek Trial - Right next to downtown Campbell. It's also extremely quiet here - quite literally the perfect location. They are a dog friendly property and do have a dog area for your dogs to play and socialize with others if you want to, if not you can happily walk around the property with plenty of areas for your dog to explore - lots of trees and other plants and fun things for them to sniff - lots of wildlife around the property as well which is great!! Spacious units with AC/heating and a pool/gym area on site! We are extremely happy that we live here and are part of the Avalon community."

"Have lived here for a couple years now and it has been great! The maintenance team is amazing! Request are resolved rather quickly and the property is kept cleaned, you can always see the staff hard. The maintenance team is also super friendly, huge shout out to Bruce for being so personable and always extending warm hello's whenever I run into him as well as going above and beyond in extending his help when needed!"

"Avalon is overall pretty good. Facilities are nice and very close to dt Campbell (3 min walk). Maintenance is great but have to give a shout-out to Bruce one of the technicians. Whole community can really see how he goes above and beyond for the tenants. Even saw him stop a car thief once. 3.5 stars for Avalon and 5 stars for Bruce."
