"If I could give it a ZERO, I would. Beds are horrible, and there was a beer can under our bed. The room smelt horrible and it was dingy. We checked out the next day, and nobody will answer the phones for a discussion. DO NOT STAY HERE. Convenience is not everything."
"I’ve stayed before in Sunnyvale so this time I assumed it would be the same… and it is but it isn’t…. Staff super friendly and willing to help, my room smell so so bad since the moment I opened the door it was yuck… no biggie, let’s open the window and the smell will go away but made it worst. I spend one night in that room and asked to be changed, if possible and they did. This new room had not so clean sheets, bathroom shower and sink flooded every time you dare open the water… I had a closet just no door…, the curtains were about to fall… if I could have mixed the first room and the smell of the second one, it would have been lovely… On the laundry room there are vending machines but food only. I used the fun here and it does give the impression that no one has been there for a while… there used to be a TV but now it’s not there, just one towel and equipment does what’s needed just outdated. Jack in the Box is right outside and so it’s a Safeway so, good location just the rooms…"
"Dirty. Cockroaches. Poor service. Upon checking in I knew this was going to be a bad experience. No one was at the front desk for the first five minutes and there were four parties waiting in line. When it was my turn, I learned that a credit card was required to pay to stay. They do not accept cash or debit card. I didn’t see that stated anywhere online when booking and re-read my reservation to be sure I didn’t overlook it. When I finally got into the room, the room light strobed. It was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. The walls are thin and I could hear the elevator and all the loud people. The next morning I woke up with a cockroach in the bathroom. Left the hotel to see a rat by the front door. Would never return and never recommend."
"Stayed there between October 27-29. Check in was smooth and everything seemed nice at first. Staff was nice . We went to our room and was getting ready for shower, and suddenly a man was able to open our room with his room key and yelled “what’s wrong with you” with us half naked in front of him. My husband quickly closed the door. I went down to front desk asked for an explanation, and the hotel staff pulled me away to talk privately. I was told that he was the previous guy who stayed in our room, and he had no reservation today. Even though this seemed to be a major security breach (if you think about it , the guy who checked out still held an active room key to the someone’s room) , all I received was over and over apologies, no compensation at all. There was another staff at the front desk who seemed to be a manager, but she wanted no part of this and minded her own business the whole time. The room itself was okay, but the housekeeping seemed lousy ? As in they didn’t check that there was no more soap in the soap compartment, and the hotel guests have to find out themselves and ask for a refill. From my experience, the housekeeping at other hotels always check and refill it to top to prevent it ever run out. Tissue box was empty too. I guess this hotel does things differently. The walls are thin, can hear other people having sex just by standing in the corridor. Avoid if you are a person who needs privacy and quietness."
"The location is great. Everything else sucks. The beds are too hard to sleep on. The carpet has stains. The fridge was dirty. The staff themselves were not very pleasant. Was not greeted upon arrival or exit. When I did need help , they were rude but did help me. The two times my key stopped working it took them two times to get it to work. Which means I had to make several trips up and down the elevator."
