"I lived at Cedars for about 18 months and it was an incredible experience for me. The unit is a perfect size, hardwood floors and a giant walk in closet. The closet was like a mini room. The property is really safe, and the best value in Campbell as far as rent. I appreciated how quiet it is, and how helpful the management is. The property manager Ruth Ann was a pleasure to know, always there to help and make sure everything is up and running. I had some issues with noise coming from the apartment below and she did everything to help me remedy the situation. You never know what could happen living in apartments with so many neighbors, but it helps to have a manager you can count on. Ruth Ann is the best! This was my best leasing experience and I’m very grateful for everything. Thank you Cedars!!"

"Rent at your risk! I really don't know where to start but these are just a few: You should expect the bare minimum in all aspects of living in this building except the noise level and rudeness of the resident property manager Ruth Ann! Basically, you hear every little noise of your neighbors all around you from coughing and sneezing to all the movements, day and night in a way that makes the street noise so comforting!! Constant problems with water pipes that at some point caused 2 days of water shut-off on a weekend which was totally unacceptable because they didn't properly take care of the very obvious piping problem, a week prior to that! Also, good luck with a nice even shower in all seasons since the hot water system is shared! There are 3 scenarios regarding water temperature when you intend to take a shower and I really mean it: freezing cold on cold days of the year, lukewarm after water runs for at least 10 good minutes if you get lucky and burning hot from the moment you step into the shower, again must run for 10 minutes besides praying for a little less cold temperature based on my practice! When it comes to communicate with Ruth Ann, whatever you share either a question, concern or complaint backfire on you because she's always extremely rude, disrespectful, loud and defensive. Just pray that she'd be out on one of her countless leave of absence, because any other substitute will take care of your problem quickly! She is also biased towards some of the tenants exceptionally and unreasonably defending their wrongdoings with the most unwise and senseless reasoning! Many neighbors do not want to deal with her, and some have sent letters to the corporate requesting a positive, motivated and responsible person! She cannot comprehend that she's supposed to work for wellbeing of the residents who pay for the livelihood of this corporate and its employees and her job is customer service. The rents have been exponentially increased in highest possible rate, every single year when there's no hope in maintenance and service's improvement. Spraying poison in outdoor area hasn't been properly done in years which causes so many spiders, bugs and mosquitos being around and coming in your place because of the extremely cheap, flimsy and ill-fitted window screens with big holes! Another thing is that the water bills go up every single month and has become more than $100.00 for a studio when houses in this area pay hundred Dollars something for their water bills. As well many other buildings' water bills are included in the rent and they're not paying higher rents than us!!!! The only good thing is vibrant Campbell Neiborhood and the flat design which gives you a nice space with a pretty well-sized walking closet."

"I lived here three years. It is a well-planned studio apartment so it feels bigger than it is. It has a gas stove and AC unit. Gas stoves are the best, and as summers get hotter for longer, having the AC is fantastic. Management is responsive and helpful. Ruth Ann is a great property manager. I especially appreciate how on top of the parking she is. Problems are dealt with quickly. The complex is always neat and well maintained. The pool is great. It is also quiet, sort of tucked away from busy roads but close enough you can walk to a bunch of places. I never had any packages stolen from my doorstep even if I left them there a couple of days."

"Constant maintenance had to be done to the water system as the pipes for the hot water were constantly bursting. Mold took over the garage door with some growing on the walls in the garage and apartment because of the busted pipes, causing the inside of the garages and apartments to get hot and humid. The bathroom sink faucet had brown water coming out slowly when using the hot water valve. The hot water is shared with all units so good luck enjoying a nice even temperature shower. You can only park one approved car in your own parking spot that must have parking sticker and no guest parking on the premises, period. All not approved cars are towed. Good luck if the parking lot is getting worked on. The studio is cozy but is always hot with very outdated air conditioning units that might freeze over. The property manager is loud, rude, and doesn't mind showing how little she cares about your side of filing paperwork with curt text messages. Unless you're expecting a message reply to a question, which will be answered whenever she gets around to it; if she does. The property manager will also steal your deposit by not sending it to the right address and then never returning your call. On the walk through for moving out make sure to have a witness with you as she will make false accusations. She will claim that there is pet urine smell, then "schedule" an inspection and will not inform you when so you can be there. The property management company will not help you in any matters either when the on-site property manager stops returning calls. Rent at your own risk."

"If you're looking for a studio apartment and don't care about having tons of amenities, this place is great. There is a pool and on-site laundry. Upstairs and downstairs units. All units are nearly identical 400 sq. ft. No pets."
