"First of all, Emma is amazing and she was one of the main reason we decided to apply. She was nice, informative, and very knowledgeable. We ended up being declined because my credit score wasn't the best. To put it into to context, we applied to multiple properties and this was the only one that declined us and were not willing to work with us. Other places just required us to put a higher deposit which we were 100% ok with. It is a little disappointing since my partners credit score and income were all fine, and my income was high too it was just my credit score. We would have loved to live in this neighborhood. Besides all of this, this is still a complex we will consider next time we are looking."

Everything was perfect.The only reason why we left is because we were looking for a 3 bedroom. Even 3 months after we moved out the office still kept our old mails and even called us to come pick it up. And this worked out beautifully in our favor because we have a very important missing document.The environment and hospitality of this sister property was so great that I’m considering to come back for retirement.
