"Actually my review is about Winfield Apartments, 2045 Latham St., it’s almost the opposite building. It was cheaper than 2090. Lived here for 9 months and there’re my complete review. Pros: It’s inexpensive place to live; no bedbugs; a great and responsive manager Romika; good and fast fixing service (Sam); new appliances, everything works; it’s convenient to pay rent online. Cons: really thin walls; it’s very hot in the summer on the 2nd floor; the neighbors can be noisy (but management will help. And don’t hesitate to call the security patrol or the police if someone is too loud after 9pm). Conclusion: Be nice, respect your neighbors and management and don’t litter."

"We went to look for the apartment. The lady (may be manager), was very rude. I scheduled an appointment to see an apartment. I arrived 10 min late. She first mentioned that I was late, and then see informed me that the apartment was rented 2 hours ago (as if she knew in advance we will gonna be late, so she first shut me up and inform me that). Then i asked her if there any apartments available. She shouted "excuse me" as if we were asking her a favor. In short, her attitude was that she was not at all willing to give us any service."
