"Living at park central has been an amazing experience! My family and I have been living here since April of 2023 & we have really enjoyed it. The community here is very welcoming and everyone that we have met has been extremely nice. Also, the staff here have been extremely helpful & they always have a smile on their faces whenever we visit the office. The assistant manager, Alexis, has been our go to person whenever we need anything! She is very considerate & is always quick to help us resolve any issue we have. I’m thankful that she works here at park central! We are glad to call Park Central home."

"I have been a resident of Park Central coming up on ten years and I have to say this complex has really become my home over all these years. There are so many things that make living here great including close to amenities, restaurants, and transportation like BART. Beyond those reasons, its the people that work in the office that really make the difference, that provide the sense of community, and are responsive. I can't say enough great things about Alexis, answering my questions no matter how simple, and being able to resolve issues quickly and taking the time to talk and discuss things. Along with the superb maintenance staff as well, Alexis has continued the tradition of excellence that I have experienced over the years. It has made living here easy and happy!"

"Location and apartment itself is pretty good but lately it has a lot of safety issues going on. Cars has been broken into, missing packages and 3 cars exploded few days ago from the 5th floor garage. Fire alarms going off often which is really annoying. Management is fully aware of all the safety issues and hopefully they'll do something about it."

"I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Alexis. She has been amazing and it’s been refreshing to interact with her. She has done as much as she can to help resolve issues and concerns, she has def helped turn around my experience here and with the office. She does a great job of communicating, being transparent and assisting to the best of her capabilities in her role. Recently we experienced a fire within the community she checked in with residents, communicated and she was present during. Was able to assist the fire department and ensure everyone was ok. It was disappointing to not see the same from our community manager nor much communication however Alexis showcased her care and investment into the community and the well being of the residents. I applaud her for all she does her efforts in follow ups and shows pride in what she does. Alexis I want to personally thank you for being a key in helping to turn my experience here around and all you attempt to do for the community. I do hope you are receiving support and I know especially with the fire and alarm issues some residents weren’t so kind and you handled yourself amazing and were able to hold your head up and still Provide customer service. I hope people understand those type of events are not your fault and appreciate you at least remaining calm and acting quickly to assist and ensure everyone’s safety as much as you can within your control."

"I‘ve been a resident here since April 2022, and I absolutely love the leasing and maintenance teams. Anne, Bethany, and Alexis go the extra mile to ensure they meet the needs of the tenants. Even when situations happen out of their control they are very attentive and empathetic. Ernesto, Jose, and Rafael are an amazing maintenance team and truly work to ensure residents needs are taken care of in a timely fashion with professionalism and efficiency. I’m very happy at Park Central."
