"This review is specifically on the management and staff. I lived at this place for 6 years and recently moved as it was bought out by a another company. The office manager Dina, was so helpful during my last few months there. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. She is friendly, responsive and always maintains a professional attitude. She will do her utmost to ensure you get what you need. The gentleman in maintenance department went above and beyond in making sure our move was safe and swift! He was hard worker. I'm thankful they were the ones I had to deal with as my stay ended. Thank you."

"I've lived here since 2016 and the turnover by the new owner and management has been great. Dina has helped me moved into an upgraded and renovated unit in no time. She's very attentive and responds to all my concerns at any time of day and/or night. The new maintenance has been great as well compared to the old senior guy who didn't do anything but talk. The parking situation has improved a lot too! I am happy with my dog here and not planning to go anywhere."

"Great place to live. It's quiet and clean and the new management does such a great job! I love having Dina here. She has such great energy and it's so easy to communicate with her. Plus all these new fun things she added to the apartments like the patio decorating contest and the treats for thanksgiving and valentines day. Dina makes our stay here more enjoyable. She also has treats for our dogs and candy for the kids in the office, even my kids look foward to my visitis to the office with Dina. I would definitely recommend these apartments!!"
