"Would not recommend this property, especially for the cost of living. Loud neighbors and frequent noise disturbances with zero response or intervention from management, fecal matter on a residents balcony that I’ve been able to see from my balcony for the entirety of my lease (and have smelled sometimes from the garage), the elevator has been broken for months and the call box never works which makes it hard for visitors and delivery drivers to access the property. Great neighborhood and proximity to lake and grocery store, but not at all a quality living experience."
"This apartment complex has tenants that routinely require the cops be called. Broken windows, couches being thrown over railings. I’d not at all recommend this place."
