"I’ve been living here for a few months now and love it. The price point is very competitive, applying and moving in was a breeze, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they host great community events about once per month. The amenities are really nice too, I love the gym! Maintenance is fast, there’s free coffee in the lobby daily. There are some odd things like one main elevator in Phase 1 which made moving in much slower than I had hoped. There’s a second elevator but it’s on the other end of the building and very far away from the loading dock. When you scan your key fob for the elevator in the main lobby, the scanner is on one side of the wall and the button to call the elevator is on the other side - I don’t understand why they didn’t put the key fob scanner right next to the button but whatever lol. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my experience here and would recommend!"

"We moved into Altitude in late 2023 and have had a great experience living here so far. The units themselves are spacious and modern and it's been a great upgrade for our living situation. Working with the leasing staff (thanks Angelica!) was also a very easy process and we had an extremely smooth move-in with easy access to moving equipment. The staff also do a great job hosting community events which have been a great way to meet other residents."

Silvina was really helpful with all my questions, she scheduled an appt for me for Noon the next day, showed me great one bedrooms, really good floor plans, the building has amazing amenities The GYM, The Gym! Location is perfect for walking, public transit or freeway access. Thank you for helping us find a GREAT place♡."
