"Great experience staying this hotel for our San Francisco trip. We had a problem the first night checking in but it was fixed right away after talking to the manager Jared. He is professional and decent . Overall the guest room and bath room is clean with all the facilities. Nice breakfast sitting area and food quality is good. We will come back again ."

"I would say the biggest drawback to this hotel is the lack of airport shuttle frequency. I suppose that is why it is considerably less expensive than the others with high shuttle frequency. Once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! The check-in staff was very attentive, friendly, helpful, efficient, and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and obviously recently refreshed. I was blown away by the amazing breakfast choices. In conclusion, I definitely plan to stay here again, especially for a quick overnight when I am alone, traveling through SFO Airport. I rated them a 4 because to me, a 5 would be a Marriot or of that caliber, but not for the lack of service or cleanliness. If I reflected the score based on the shuttle frequency, then it would be much lower than a 4. It was comfortable enough."

"Great experience and stay at this hotel. The staff is great--Jada was friendly and helped us get a room last minute. The security guard patrolled and protected our car at night. Maria and Luz provide a delicious and well stocked meal in the mornings and do it all with a smile on their faces. The housekeepers were friendly as well. Would definitely recommend. 10+++"

"The room and cleanness are great. However, the is NO wifi coverage in the second building and the cellular signal is poor either. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided in the room or sold at the front desk. Not a good place to pick when you have an unexpected stay because of flight issues."

"This is a great hotel if you’re looking to save some money. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are spotless , and it was actually my favorite thing about the room. The complimentary breakfast was great , and the staff who provide service during breakfast time are very friendly and attentive. Nice gym set up and heated pool! I would have given a five star rating if not for the uncomfortable walk between buildings 1 and 2. Second building is located across some creepy train tracks near a what looks to be a homeless camp. I probably wouldn’t have minded much , but since I was alone and pregnant , I found it a little frustrating having to make that walk every time I needed to go to the lobby. Definitely felt a little unsafe to me. My only other complaint is the confusing directions when trying to find the shuttle bus pick up location at the airport. Other than these minor inconveniences , my stay was comfortable and quiet."
