Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel 380 South Airport Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080

"This place saved us from a terrible experience. We had had a mixup with a booking and ended up at the airport with no hotel. We got a shuttle to the nearest Travelodge which was a horrible place, very rundown and poorly run. When I woke next day there was the Best Western right next door. I ran around to it and asked for a room. The lady in the desk was lovely, and well used to this situation! She gave me a room right away, for the same price as I'd paid for the Travelodge!!!! And it included breakfast. We moved our stuff over and were able to relax for the rest of our brief trip."

"This Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel is a dated airport hotel that is falling behind in terms of facilities and operations. Also, no WiFi!! Rooms are dated and due for updates and improvements. Elevator inspection certificates have been expired since 2022. Not comforting. Free breakfast was pretty good with hot food options although there were some broken machines, like a yogurt machine. Pool is closed, maybe seasonal I don’t know. Restaurant and bar are closed, supposedly for renovations following a fire, although they didn’t seem to be doing any repair or renovation work. Most importantly to me, the wifi was broken for most of my 3-night stay. I was depending on it for work zoom calls. Staff knew it was down but had no explanation and blamed “the company.” Staff was also unaware of any plan or schedule to fix it. This is not acceptable for an airport business hotel. Especially one that calls itself “plus.” Also, I was never told that there would be any parking charges, or what those charges would be, until checking out. Surprise, there are parking charges. Also not the right way to do business."

"When we got there, we were told the kitchen was closed due to a fire since 2023. This was not disclosed on their webpage. So, no free breakfast. If you wanted something to eat, it would cost you. We were told there would be a sack breakfast in the morning. Went downstairs to leave for the airport at 5:30 am and was told there were no more sacks and the person who does this had left. This is no way to treat your guests. With as many hotels as there are, you can't afford to leave a bad impression."

"Convenient, easy, straightforward lodging. Beds are meh and the TVs aren’t great. Pretty disappointed when hotels haven’t upgraded their media options in this day and age. Breakfast was microwave-your-own burritos and English muffin sandwiches, pretty low effort but overall decent and would stay again. Front desk staff was great and welcoming."

"Our family was excited about our first European trip. From previous experience, we knew we had to stay at BestWestern Plus Grosvenor because of their wonderful service and convenient location. We also knew our car would be okay parked with them for a week or so. Thank you Best Western! Knowing you're there to satisfy our needs at our most important times of our life experiences.
