"This company is just terrible. We have been in search of a home for a month and we have our application in with them. After applying to 3 different locations listed I called and asked if we were being considered for any, the response was “Unfortunately due to you having service animals we legally can’t deny you but we will say it is a major deterrent”. Not only is that extremely illegal but also ableist and unprofessional. Absolutely horrible. Reporting to BBB and hopefully they learn the laws about ESA’s and stop discriminating against disabled people."
