"I recently had a long stay at this hotel and had a wonderful time. All of the staff I interacted with was incredibly kind and attentive. I had multiples meals at the Railroad Stop, all of them were delicious. Over the weekend they had a breakfast buffet I really enjoyed, during the weekdays I enjoyed their breakfast menu. The bar in the lobby has a very pleasant bar tender and a fun assortment of drinks. I enjoyed my Saturday evening s’mores by the fire outside. I’d highly recommend walking around the property, the courtyards in back are very pleasant and provide easy access to more trails along Santa Rosa Creek."

"Great location. Excellent staff. I had a n issue after Checkout and the team was still very helpful, & accommodating. My travel partner and I had a wonderful evening drinking wine by the fire pit. An absolute gem. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. The Bad The bathrooms s were my least favorite. There wasn’t any way to get high pressure from both shower heads at the same time. And the angle of the movable head was always awkward for someone more tall. The toilet had a low pressure flush. I had a frustrating clog because if it."

"Had a pleasant experience at this property for a 2-room stay. Some complication happened when I asked if the 2 rooms can be close to each other. The front desk staff Avan was super friendly and accommodating. He informed us that he could change one room type and move them close. They then added a roller bed to the room at request. Breakfast is free for globalist and I was also able to charge my car for a few hours. There are only two destination chargers so it was not easy to get a charge."

"We love the Hyatt Santa Rosa. We always stay here when in town to visit family. It's clean, safe and has awesome amenities. Heated salt water pool, hot tub, bar, restaurant, convenience items, etc. I use my points and get free stays often. I love how it's located next to the freeway so it's convenient to get around. Parking is pretty expensive but I won't dock them for that. The staff is friendly and always available if I need anything. I also love the outdoor fireplace conversation area and the inside fireplace and seating area. Overall, favorite place to stay!"

The spacious rooms and scenic surroundings further heightened the overall sense of indulgence.
