"Stayed here many times clean room night time counter boy was awesome but our king sized mattress was awful! Hard as a rock. 147 needs a new mattress! But other than that good clean friendly easy to access freeway."

"Staff is beyond rude. Lack of hospitality. Terrible hotel for business travelers. Bed had stains. Centipede in bathroom through wall open at baseboard to the dirt allowing critters inside. Bed was comfy. Housekeepers are nice, helpful. Definitely a profit over people approach. Wanted to enjoy my stay and maybe set up corporate account, but the experience fell far below any decent mark. Owned by Yang Capital and managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality. Avoid. Avoid."

"Very clean and comfortable recently updated room. Nice shower and beds. Plenty of TV channels, easy to use, and a nice screen. The continental breakfast was much better than the last time I stayed there."

"I did a cash deposit of 100 dollars, while on vacation I lost my wallet. A girl at the front desk refused to give me my deposit without ID, even though I told her my name, room number and the denomination of the bills of the deposit. It could've easily been solved I didn't leave any damage to the room and even showed her the email of my confirmation of the stay. Keep in mind I lost my wallet so I really needed the 100 dollars"

"Not a bad place to stay. Also, not a lot to say. The room was clean, the check-in counter folks were nice, and the location was nearby a couple of decent restaurants. That little factor was quite good because the free breakfast they advertise is just a couple bagels and low quality bread. It was decently cheap for the area as well so I was more than happy to stay here."
