Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Santa Rosa Sonoma Wine Country

"Booked a non-refundable three night stay through Expedia at this hotel. Checked in, went up to room and as we started to unpack and looked around realized this was not where we wanted to be. Went immediately went back down and checked out and was fine with them telling us that they would not be able to refund any money. Now you tell me if this is where you would like to stay."

"For a Hampton Inn, this place was disappointing. The rooms were nice but unfortunately hotels are mainly for sleeping and the beds were too hard to do much of that. Also, most Hampton Inns have non dairy options for breakfast. I can't have dairy so couldn't put anything in my cereal or coffee."

"The military put me up in a Hampton many years ago, and I recognized it for being a step above your normal run of the mill hotel. Everything was clean and white. You felt like you could wrap yourself up in the comforter, and it would be just as clean as the sheets. They all have a pool, and they all give you breakfast in the morning. So, I joined their Honors Club and have been staying with them for decades. Since they're part of Hilton, I even stay with them when I'm trying to get fancy. Our vacation in NYC was at their Hilton just on the south side of Central Park, and it was great. These guys have my business exclusively, and they've never let me down."

"I've been staying here for about 6 weeks due to work. The rooms are always cleaned promptly, the location is between two offices I travel to while needing to be on site, and the staff are great. Kat is wonderful, professional, and always has a smile."

"The room and hotel is great but the room's temperature control is faulty. The heater air only blasts at high fan speed changing from warm to cold all night. The thermostat has a low and high fan speed option but does not work. Also the unit does not stop even if it is in an off position. I tried to change a room but same problem. So people who have mucus or cold air problems should stay away from this hotel. To address this problem I had to go down to the front desk as their entire phone system was turned off. Their room phone or main hotel phone was just ringing. So sad to see that this was the case. I was told that the hotel supervisor would call me but no one has. The front desk counter post a sign saying "100% Comfort Guarantee" without any meaning to it...."
