"Hi everyone. I have a complaint in this condo where I live. For two years they have been fixing the apartments on the outside but unfortunately some or almost most of them are so bad on the inside, I have reported several times to the manager what happens in my department and they have not done anything. according to them for the covib now that is the excuse. This new manager and assistant are useless. my department has a lot of problems but the manager doesn't do anything. the cabinets, the bathroom and the kitchen are being damaged."

"I'm giving this place a three star rating because I see a no smoking sign on the mailboxes everyday near the main office. But sometimes at night, when I open my window, I smell smoke from a cigarette outside. What's the deal with that, I don't understand if the manager of these apartments care if someone smokes."

"Visited my friend at Quail Run Apartment. I have phoned manager at apartment but she never (called 5-times for application) answers nor return the call. Even visited manager's office, she's never at her office.??? Besides after checking apartment sites, don't care for the dark atmosphere in the complexes and too many young childrens. My experiences are the people's life conditions makes positive or negative atmosphere. Just to mention that over 50% of residents are Hispanic population at this location. If you are Hispanic, then you might like this place."
