"This place is great and it's under new Management and they are cleaning and fixing up what needs it. I have been here with my husband 2 and half years. The New owners are exceptionally great people and Thank you!"

"This place takes advantage of the city and employees and no consideration of the less fortunate. It’s a money , profitable place for the rich to have there clicks and abuse staff that doesn’t meet their standards of the rich. Bugs crawl over your feet and spread to other places. It’s run by a re-Hab center and drugs are everywhere. They don’t have any experience in helping others with or without children who have economic problems and mental problems. It’s a disgrace for people helping people. 650.00 a month for no cooking, no hot water most of the time and plumbing is out rages. But cockroaches are massive."

The bellhops seemed a little overwhelmed but still operated with the professionalism and efficiency you would expect from the staff of a 5 star hotel."

"Under new management, now clean & sober apartments with kitchenettes & showers in the bathrooms. Waterfront Recovery oversees this facility and sponsors activities in the nicely appointed community room. Cable TV, laundry room & community kitchen. I just moved in but I'm hopeful it will be a good place until I find an ideal spot."

"Gross me and my girlfriend stay there and we can't get rid of the roaches and it smelled really bad and they don't check the rooms to see if people keep them clean there are hoarders they are so felthy that the roaches can be seen from outside the manager and staff are rude and unpleasant and I don't recommend anyone stay here its so felthy we need to get the names of the owners we are filling charges and have complaints to the health department and chatgrs against the manager and one of the workers"
