"I really wish I could put 0 stars this place its in a terrible place there are homeless surrounding the building. The rooms are nasty. I found garbage behind beds and mold on the matress. The place says pet freindy so I brought my cats with me they found out I had cats and tried to claim they only take dogs, the employees and house keepers are really rude and judgemental and one of them walked into my room at 12pm without knocking when I only had underwear and a shirt on claiming the TV didn't work I had to tell him to leave, and the fact I'm 15 is really disturbing, they claimed they only allow dogs and made us pay a 120$ pet fee on top of keeping our 100$ deposit they tried to kick us out and before we had to leave and tried to keep the money for the rest of the nights we had there. I will never stay here again, the microwave is broken and won't turn and there beds are as hard as a rock the tv was broken and there was old pizza from someone else in the kitchen I can't stand this place whatever you do don't come here!!!"
"I was pleasantly surprised by this spot. We were there for less than 24 hours on our road trip. The staff were friendly and the pet fee was only $20 for our dog. The only reason I gave it four stars is because our tv had some small snowy lines on the screen at all times. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me but I might have asked to switch it if we were staying more than one night. The room was very clean and the location is conveniently right next to Dutch Bros and a donut shop, perfect for road tripping."
"The location is not a problem if you like to walk, but as I see it is near from the downtown and the Bay Area. And the desk guy ,wow, he was so kind cause I got a trouble with my app to reserve the hotel and he did his best to help me, so all these actions makes you feel comfortable and happy, but sure, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I think they are one of the few people who are full of kindness. Thank you! Just the breakfast, should add some kind of bread and jam and will be perfect."
"Nice place. Rooms were clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a disappointment for sure. We also didn't realize how close we were to the local detention center, maybe don't go out alone in this area."
"The front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The location is what it is and wouldn't feel safe walking alone at night. But you can drive anywhere in town fast. The room was clean and the tub was a good size."
