Riverside Medical Clinic - Eastvale 12742 Limonite Avenue, Eastvale, CA 92880

"I came in here at 8:30 today when my appointment was at 8:50. In 925 I went to the front desk and said I’ve been here for almost an hour. How much longer is it going to be and second person at the desk pointed to the person I checked in with the computer and didn’t say anything. I realize the guy never checked me in and I was sitting there and waiting for nothing, they told me one minute and he went to the back and five minutes later he never came back so I told him I’m just going to leave. It was my first time there. I don’t recommend anyone going to this office to visit any other doctors including Archambault, Mara, MD. Please arrive at 12742 LIMONITE AVENUE, EASTVALE CA, 92880. Not only do they not check me in and waste an hour of my time now I have to wait to change doctors through my insurance and get a new appointment which I’ve been waiting for this one for a week already. They also try to cover up their mistake and never apologized and when I told him I was leaving, they did not care at all and said all right bye"

"Appointment scheduling is horrific. Can't get medical documentation from the portal And they're late 100% of the time. The first appointment is at 8. The staff start at 8 so they're never ready to actually take you at your appointment time. Another time they were over 45 minutes late. I told them they could've called me to let me know they were running that late, I could've stayed home longer with my tiny toddler. Then ONE time I was late and they wanted to get on me about policy. Are you serious? Yall have never been on time, ever. No exaggeration. We only go for Dr picket. But if she leaves, so will we. This place is utter trash. Edit to add: we're looking for a new pediatrician. They're 30 minutes ate for an 830am appointment. And the office is raggedy. Almost indicative of the care they provide."

"Just leaving a review of appointment scheduling. I called trying to schedule an appointment to become a new patient in Eastvale. I sat on hold for ten minutes before I gave up. Normally I'd chalk it up to bad timing, but considering I've seen other complaints of the same issue.. it sounds like this is persistent. Why would I put my health in the hands of people who can't even schedule an appointment?"

"I only provided 1 star because I cant leave 0. Truth is 0 is still too much. This facility has terrible reviews and now I am a victim (yes victim) of the unprofessionalism across the staff from the front desk, doctor and lab. I dont understand how this facility remains open. I will be filing a complaint​​ with the Center for Health Care Quality's (CHCQ) Licensing and Certification Program and the board. The staff needs to accountable for their actions. Enough is enough. Do better."

"Overall a great clinic and staff. Except for a front office receptionist that was hitting on a patient. She told patient, “ your my cup of tea are you married.” I’m a medical assistant myself would never do such a thing."
