"I went in for a cleaning...my 2nd time there. I was there an hour and a half and didn't even get to my cleaning.. they xrayed and worked on 3 other patients in between me and advice me of future work I might want but couldn't guarantee I would get out of the office within the hour. They told me I could reschedule. They could have advised when I came in they were behind and I would have rescheduled at that point. Last visit it took an hour and a half but at least I got a cleaning. So I think this is the norm for this office."

But the staffs there removed all our worries. The doctor, hygienist, and the assistants are all very professional, patient, and friendly. Petra, the hygienist, who has the most passion on her job and fantastically make it perfect. The doctor gave my daughter the best treatment fast and without any pain. The final bill is reasonable. Therefore, I transferred my other two kids to this office right after personally seeing how they try their best for the patients."

"I called for an appointment. I didn’t have my Delta PPO medical number and didn’t feel comfortable providing my SS# over the phone. I was told by Cheri, if I didn’t contact them with the insurance ID# two days prior She would cancel my appointment. I’ve had this insurance for 22 years. I’ve never had a card and if I did it’s misplaced but it never mattered. Once you go to your appointment, you fill out the paper work and your Dental Insurance information is immediately obtained. I call Delta, received the information in less than 5 minutes. I called to cancel. I will go else where. Very rude and discourteous."
