"By design, there is no waiting room. That is by itself a unique attribute for a medical facility. My insurance information was taken care of, the visit didn't cost anything (nor the follow up), making & scheduling appointments was easy enough. The people were all pleasant to speak with. The problem I went in there for was promptly addressed, and they're open until 11pm! Overall a great experience and I will use them again in the future."
