"Call before you go! Took my sick 2 yr old (who’s been here before) on a day that the provider they use doesn’t see children under 6! Super inconvenient and nowhere is that listed on their site. Would’ve been nice to know and would’ve saved me time! With a mom who isn’t sleeping at night because they have a sick toddler, time wasting such as this is super irritating!"

"Unprofessional, incompetent staff. I was given a prescription for a shot that should’ve been administered in office, prescription form that was prescribed was not covered by insurance therefore wasting hours seeking something that was not available and should’ve been communicated properly to myself by “the people who should know this stuff” to avoid a wild goose chase for something they knew I was never going to be able to get. Each pharmacy I went to looked at me as if I was crazy, each pharmacist said your prescriber should’ve administered this in office. These ppl at this particular “urgent care” are EVERYTHING but professional medical personnel. Don’t waste your time with the facade of them pretending to care about your health."

"Staff was so helpful, especially when I couldn't read some of the stuff because of my poor eye sight she helped me fill out the rest. Nurses was very helpful and friendly and Doctor Janet Cruz was very friendly, insightful and made me feel comfortable of my issue I was having. Very much will come back to this urgent care. Will highly recommend this place."
