"I am close to delivering my second baby with this office. All of the doctors are rockstars. The office staff is as well super sweet and helpful. I have visited each office and they are organized, super clean, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns with detailed responses. Thank you care for women’s!"
"Staff are very pleasant, courteous and professional. Facility is clean and not over crowded. Was able to schedule my appointment right away, which went very smoothly and took less time than expected. Had all my concerns addressed and felt like I was being heard. Took a while to find a good doctors office, but glad I finally found Care for Womens."
"Everyone is so sweet and always makes me feel so welcome with each appointment. Would definitely recommend to any woman!"
"My first visit was nice. The receptionist was very helpful, polite. I didn't have to wait long to go in. My doctor came in 5 to ten minutes after. Made my returning visit appointment. Very pleased with this office and staff."
"Last year was my first experience here. I really liked the doctor. I scheduled my yearly appointment for august 8th this year. While I was on vacation and at the beach I received a call from the office the day before my appointment. They let me know the insurance on file was an issue. They wanted me to look up my insurance right at that moment and call the carrier asap. I let them know I was at the beach and unable to do it at the moment but could get to it in the evening when I got back. I also let them know my insurance was updated but I had the same provider and group as I did last visit and my main care provider hasn’t changed. I let her know I could verify it when I got home in the evening. The woman told me they dont use “that doctor”. My doctor has a common name so I thought it strange she’d know all the doctors with his name in the group. Then she threatened me “don’t be surprised if you come here and the doctor can’t see you”. I was taken back. It was rude and uncalled for. There was no, “ok but we may need to treat you as a cash paying client”. I’m ok with that. I was at the beach and unable to verify anything at that moment and wanted to enjoy the day with my child. I liked my doctor so much I would have paid cash to see her and it’s entirely possible that I paid cash to see her the first time. I occasionally do that if I want to see a particular doctor with good ratings. For instance, my dermatologist. I pay cash for him because I prefer him than the one in my group and I love my family practitioner which is why I’m in his group in the first place. However, this woman never thought to check. All I know is I was interrupted and when I could t drop everything to do what she wanted at the exact moment, the woman in the office (I think she’s the office manager) got upset and instead of verifying medical groups (which hasn’t changed since last year when I came into their office) or how I paid last time, she threatened me. So, I was forced to cancel my appointment and now I’m without an obgyn. She was insanely rude! It was uncalled for. I don’t know how anyone keeps client facing people on who are this rude and who push clients away! Seriously, how do you turn away patients at all who have been waiting for their appointment for months without providing options for payment. The vacation I was on was a mini vacation that I took with my daughter. I work 12-16 hour days and have been doing so for 3 years. I hadn’t taken a vacation in 1.5 years. I needed a break. And in the moment I needed a break, this woman gave me headache, confusion, and anger. Update: I verified that my family doctor and dr. Vue at this location are part of the same medical group. So when the office manager rudely said, we don’t take patients from THAT Dr, she was wrong. I was in my correct group and my insurance is active. Rude AF!"
