"They’re so rude. I called them to follow up with my case but they sound clueless about it and hung up on me. But they told me to follow up two months ago. I feel like they don’t know how to run the system."

"DO NOT GO!!! Nothing like waking up at 6am to get ready to go to the visitor center, but no where does it say the whole facility is closed and blocked off. I lucky found someone who told me I would have to make it up to the las pulgas center…. On top of that they dictate their own hours, ” a little sleepy? No worries we will start at 8:50 am even though there is already a line.” (Edit:) after hitting 4 links I was. Able too find that it’s closed and they moved visitor things to the post off of las Pulgas, do not go to the marshal office off las pulgas road to get a visitor pass unless your are coming for an “essential base operation” I wake up well into the time I’m supposed to sleep only to be told I can’t get any visitor pass non essential, then he told me (the boss I assume) that I would have to stay until 8am(it was 6am) bc they close the out going gate lane to have more people come in, and if I were to go I would cause a head on to traffic going 10mpg…. The level of incompetence at camp pendalton seems. To be absurd. I solute anyone trying their best, but why say services are available at another location if you are going to imprison me for 2 hours…"

"No call support, also they lack the knowledge of what real id look like from other states. I bought every document plus more that they required and still denied because they want another letter which is no required and lied to me to go to dhs and ask for said document and when I did dhs stated they have no clue what this office is talking about. I tried to reach over the phone and everytime I do an automatic voice says please call later. No holds, no wait for your turn just please call later. Waste of time and an embarrassment for this nation. I had no issues when I did this at 29 palms"

"A little rude, and inconsiderate. Even if there hours of operation are up to date don't take them as stone. Closed and hour early and left me with a bunch of thrown wrenches into my plans."

"TL;DR Extremely long wait times in excess of two hours. Closes well before listed closing time. Thursday, 7/15 - I drove 45 minutes only to be greeted by the building being closed early at 1:15pm despite posted hours being 3:30pm close. Friday, 7/16 - I drove back and arrived at 9am. It took until 12:15pm to be called in to process my application. The staff acted professionally and processed me quickly at this point."
